Meet Our Team
Al Feronti, the founder of our firm, grew up in Pennsylvania and has built a life centered around family, passion, and adventure. A proud father of three daughters and a grandfather to one, he also shares his home with a big, lovable black lab. Outside of work, Al enjoys skiing, golfing, fishing, and spending time at his condo in Myrtle Beach. A dedicated sports fan, he cheers on all Cleveland teams—and still has a soft spot for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In the summer, he even attempts to grow a garden, with mixed results. When it’s time to unwind, he enjoys a good bourbon every now and then.

Outside of work my life revolves around my faith in Jesus Christ, my family and my friends. I have been married to my wife Crystal since September 2018. We have two incredible boys, Jackson, who is 4, and Colin, who 3 is months old. I am also a dog lover. We have two amazing dogs Maddie, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever and Zoe, a 7-year-old Australian Shepard. My family is my whole life and are the reason I work so hard.
I enjoy being outside playing with the boys or walking the dogs. During the summer I spend a lot of time playing golf. My love for golf has been since I was a kid and has only gotten stronger since I became an adult. I am a member at Ashland Golf Club, a local golf course in my hometown. In the winter since I can’t play golf, I bowl. I bowl in a league on Monday nights during the winter months. I also love to collect bourbon and have amassed a pretty awesome collection of some fantastic bottles. My wife would say my collection is “way too many” but I am always on the hunt to find something rare.
My favorite time of the year is summer and fall. I am a die-hard Ohio State Football fan on Saturdays, and sadly, a Cleveland Browns fan on Sundays. My favorite sports are Golf, Baseball Bowling and football. I love college football in the fall.
I attend Grace Brethren church in Ashland. I am a member of the Ashland Elks Lodge 1360 where we are active in the community. I also put on a Master’s Auction for the golf tournament every year for the members of the Lodge. I also love to travel. Before we had kids, Crystal and I used to go on a few Caribbean vacations a year. Now that we have little ones, we predominantly travel domestically and to South Carolina specifically. I love relaxing and spending time at the beach listening to music and just hanging with loved ones.
I am a believer, father, husband and hard worker. I am a pretty simple guy and I like it that way.
